Consent and Release Form and Posters

Consent and Release Form, a formal agreement between people who appeared in the Farmingville documentary and Camino Bluffs Productions, spelling out limitations on both what the individual and the production company could and could not do.;The posters in Spanish and English offered thanks for the opportunity to film the rally, and stated that participation indicated a willingness to be recorded as part of the documentary.
