Photograph of Local 1199 demonstration in Albany, NY

Photograph of Local 1199 hospital workers union members wearing winter clothes, 1199 caps and some carrying umbrellas, standing in front of the capitol building in Albany, NY. The numerous signs they carry read "Integrate quality education now!," "Unemployment insurance for hospital workers," and "State-wide collective bargaining for hospital workers!" Signs also call for decent housing and jobs for all.

It is snowing. An equestrian statue of Albany-born Civil War General Philip Henry Sheridan, Albany City Hall and other tall city buildings are in the background. On the verso is "21-102-7" written in graphite.
