Erie Canal Survey, German Flatts and Little Falls showing Town Line

This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Erie Canal in German Flatts and Little Falls. It shows multiple channels formed by the Mohawk River, two streams that run under the canal and into the river, the German Flatts and Little Falls Town Line, two bridges, twelve buildings and the Road to Little Falls Village. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Ellis, Stallring and Church.
