N.Y.S.F.I.C. Form 6: Wages and Number of Employees, Establishment 1504

The Factory Investigating Commission's Wages and Number of Employees data card for Hens & Kelly Company's department store in Buffalo, New York. The card also calculates the average number of employees, average wage payments per week, total wages for the year, and average individual wages per week.
