Evangeline Gouletas Carey Registers to Vote; Governor Hugh Carey Testifies on Clean Air Act, 1981

The first nine minutes of this video show the new Mrs. Carey, accompanied by Mayor Corning and an unidentified man, registering to vote in Albany. In office of the Board of Elections, Mrs. Carey answers reporters' questions on her role in her husband's administration. The next thirteen minutes show the governor's committee testimony on behalf of New York State regarding the Clean Air Act and the acid rain problem.
