View of New York State Governor Charles S. Whitman (in office 1915-1918) reviewing state game protectors, probably at the New York State Capitol in Albany. With him is Conservation Commissioner George D. Pratt (in office 1915-1920). Whitman presented the George D. Pratt Cup for proficiency in revolver shooting to game protectors. This image was created to record the game protection activities of the New York State Conservation Commission.
