George Wolsey for Thomas Willett vs. Cornelis Teunissen (van Pelt), action for balance of the price of a house ; defendant prohibited from selling the house until he pay for it. Creupelbos vs. Peter Cornelissen, for rent of a piece of land ; defendant promises to fulfill his agreement. Oloff Stevensen (van Cortland) vs. rev. Everardus Bogardus ; defendant ordered to bring his witnesses into court and prove his allegations. [1646]
