Sentence. Hans Reiger and Dirck Sicken, soldiers, for insolent behavior towards citizens on the Heeren Straat, in New Amsterdam, and striking their superior officers, to be conveyed to the place of execution, and there shot, according to law martial. [1647] (page 284)

Appointment. Peter Ebel to be provost-martial. [1647] (page 284)

Motion of Mr. Smith for the termination of the suit between him and Mr. Douthy ; parties ordered to appear at the next session, when judgment will be pronounced. [1647] (page 284)

Certificate. Of the director and council that Symon Root had lost a piece of his right ear in a broil at the great tavern, on the island of Manhattans. [1647] (page 284)

Order. On application of Arnoldus van Hardenberch, attorney for Johan van Hardenberch, for restitution of duffels seized with the ship St. Peter. [1647]

Appointment. Roeloff Jansen Haes to be receiver of the excise. [1647]

Court proceedings. Adam Roelantsen vs. Jan Teunissen, sheriff of Breukelen, action of debt ; plaintiff acknowledges the debt, and asks time ; judgment for plaintiff, with costs. [1647]
