Club Juan Pablo Duarte, Inc., Club Cívico Cultural Dominicano, also known as the Duarte Institute of New York (Instituto Duartiano de Nueva York), was one of many Dominican social and sports clubs founded in the 1960s in New York City that smoothed cultural assimilation, and helped recent immigrants forge a new Dominican-American identity.
