New York. Kingston. Old Tappan House, of colonial period (now owned by D.A.R.). Crown and Green Streets

Two story brick house, with four chimneys and three large trees on the front lawn, known as the Tappan House on Crown and Green Streets in Kingston, Ulster County. The house was built circa 1670. The house was owned by the Daughters of the American Revolution at the time of the photograph.
