Mine Kill Falls

View of a waterfall on the Mine Kill in Gilboa, Schoharie County in the Catskill Mountains. Over one hundred vertical feet of sandstone and shale dating from the Devonian Period is exposed. (Devonian Period: the span of the Earth's history from about 408 to 360 million years ago.)
