Log Jam on the Raquette River

View of dozens of logs piled up on the north bank of the Raquette River in either Arietta or Long Lake, Hamilton County in the Adirondack Mountains during a flood. The date is unrecorded, but probably ca. 1901-1920. This image was created to record the forestry activities of the New York State Forest, Fish and Game Commission, Conservation Commission, or Conservation Department.
