Telegram from President Abraham Lincoln to Governor Edwin D. Morgan of New York, 1862. Lincoln was returning to Washington, D.C. from the miltary academy at West Point, New York, the following morning, and sent his appreciation at being able to see Governor Morgan during his visit.
