Letter from John G. Leake to Robert W. Leake, 1774

A letter from John Leake to Robert W. Leake regarding business with Charity French involving a land purchase. In the letter John Leake tried to persuade Robert that he should not build a grist mill. On side two, John Leake made reference to the escalating political unrest in Boston.
