Letter to the New York State Comptroller from Edward Schiller, veteran of the New York State Volunteers (D Company) during the Mexican War. He wrote to request information as to the status of the law granting disbursements of pension money to the veterans of the Mexican War, and asked how to obtain the money in the case that the law had been passed.
