Affidavits for the New York State Comptroller for Francis W. Seagrist

Affidavits from Francis W. Seagrist, veteran of the New York State Volunteers (I Company) during the Mexican War and from comrades Sergeant Jacob Riley and Colonel Ward B. Burnett, all part of Seagrist’s application for pension. The affidavits were certified by New York County (NY) Notary Public Jacob Du Bois, who was in turn certified by New York County Clerk William Walsh.
