Letter to New York State Comptroller from Samuel D. Sirrine

Letter to New York State Comptroller F.P. Olcott from Alexander M. Kenaday, Secretary of the National Association of Veterans of the Mexican War, who forwarded the letter of application for pension money from Samuel D. Sirrine, veteran of the New York State Volunteers (K Company) during the Mexican War. Kenaday also requested that any new information about pension legislation be forwarded to his clients.
