Affidavits for the New York State Comptroller from Frederick Tucker

Affidavits for the New York State Comptroller from Frederick Tucker and William T. Burgess, testifying to the validity of Tucker’s claim of being a veteran of the New York State Volunteers during the Mexican War. Both were certified by William Filch, commissioner of Deed in the City of Albany, New York, and were part of Tucker’s application for pension.
