Affidavits from New York County for Charles Wiley

Three affidavits: the first signed by Charles Wiley verifying his service in the First Regiment of New York Volunteers during the Mexican War and indicating his eligibility for a pension; the second signed by Peter Waters verifying the service of Charles Wiley; the third signed by Ward B. Burnett verifying that Charles Wiley is listed on the Muster Rolls and stating that he knows Peter Waters and is therefore satisfied with his verification of Charles Wiley. Also included: forms signed by County Clerk William Walsh certifying the notary publics Hugo Gorsch and William H. McCabe.
