Letter to the New York State Comptroller from Notary Public George Emerson on behalf of Phoebe Meech, widow of Horace Meech, a veteran of the New York State Volunteers (I Company) during the Mexican War. Emerson wrote to request information about the status of Widow Meech’s application for pension money.
