The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of M. and J. Rogers, Heirs of Greenleaf, Miss Wire, J. Tucker, E. Brown, Joshua Willard, Widow Clark, Amos Crocker, J. Putnum, Stower, Baeon, Olmstead, Horatio Averill, Peter Havens, John Foote, Horatio Savage, Zenus Morse, Jonathan O. Pierce and Esek Steer.
