Chenango Canal Survey, Norwich showing Kinney, Aldridge and Lock No. 91

This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Chenango Canal in Norwich. It shows a stream that branches off into two channels. The first channel runs under the canal through a culvert while the second runs into a round basin and empties into the canal. Also shown is Lock No. 91, two bridges, eight buildings and an unidentified road that runs along the bottom of the canal. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Peter Cole, Jesse R. Kinney, James and Samuel Benedict and Joshua Aldridge.
