Return of a survey for Cornelius Dubois of two tracts of land, being part of Evans' vacated patent, one of which lies in Ulster county, on the southwest side of the Platta kill, and contains 1,065 acres, the other is situate in Orange county and begins on the northwest side of Schonamock hill, near the west end of Wienachonk hill, containing 186 acres.
