The card lists the establishment number; the employee number; the employee's name, address, occupation, age, and gender; and the employee's rate of pay, days and hours worked, and earnings for the payroll period from September 11 to September 18, 1913. During this week, Mr. Nevreno earned $16.70 for 83.5 hours of work.
