The card lists the establishment number; the employee number; the employee's name, address, occupation, age, and gender; the employee's rate of pay, weekly earnings, and annual earnings; and the weeks, days, and hours the employee worked during the year commencing September 26, 1912. During the fifty-two weeks she worked during the year, the seventeen-year-old girl earned an average of $4.85 per week at the rates of $4.50 and $5.00 for a sixty-hour week.
