Description of a survey of 800 acres of land, in the county if Ulster, being part of the lands formerly owned by Capt. John Evans, beginning at the northwest corner of Mrs. Ingoldsby's land, near the land of William Sutherland, laid out for Vincent Matthews, by Cadwallader Colden, surveyor general.
