Description taken from published index: "Various actions of debt. Permission to Rutger Jacobsen to use a sloop which he sold to Harmon Jacobsen, an absconding debtor, and which is under attachment; minute that iron work, furnished to the church by Peter Maecker, is accepted in payment of his subscription towards the erection of that building. The sheriff agst. Peter Bronk on a summons to inform the court what Christians he had seen in the woods trading with Indians; refuses to tell; case postponed."
