Appointment of Hendrick Bierman to be receiver of the excise; sundry actions of debt; the sheriff agst. Jacob Loockermans, for having assaulted Meuwes Hoogenboom, and split his face open from his forehead to his under lip with his knife; fined 300 guilders and further to pay for loss of time, board and surgical attendance; confession of Juriaen Jansen that the statement he made respecting an engagement between himself and Goosen Gerritsen's bride was false; asks pardon; granted.
