Hawks), for boards, a horse and a negro, sent to Virginia by Heerman before he absconded; defendant denies the debt, except the negro, and asks to be freed from attachment; plaintiffs ordered to produce proof, meanwhile defendant's tobacco is to be placed in the public store.
