Sentence. William Welsted, of Bristol, England, a sailor, for stealing sundry articles from on board ship; to be fastened to a stake at the place of public execution, with a kedge anchor above his head, and to be there severely flogged , and afterwards imprisoned until restitution be made, with costs.
