Sentence of Edward Welsh

Sentence of the aforesaid Welsh. To be conducted to the place of public execution, there tied to a stake, and a bridle put in his mouth, and to have a paper fastened to his breast, inscribed with the words, "Disturber of the public peace," and to pay costs; the above sentence was commuted to the payment of a fine of 100 guilders.
