Petition of Abraham Kip relating to operation of a ferry across the Hudson

Petition. Abraham Kip, of Dutchess county, whose father was one of the first settlers in that county, 70 years ago, for letters patent for a ferry from the landing opposite his land to the landing that leads to Kingston, with order in council thereon.
