Workers with the Civilian Conservation Corps are busy atop the dam on Palmer Pond. The members of CCC camp S-92, stationed in Almond, N.Y., are expanding the pond for recreational purposes. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
