Syracuse State Fair Exhibit, 1936, bobsled run exhibit

Collection of exhibits which appeared at the 1936 State Fair in Syracuse, N.Y. The exhibits include two on camping in the Adirondack Forest Preserve and one about the Olympic bobsled run in Lake Placid, N.Y. The Conservation Department had an extensive public education program which included not only exhibits, but also demonstrations, forestry tours and motion pictures. This image was created to record the public education efforts of the Conservation Department.
