A planted field of Norway spruce at Ray Brook

View of a snow-covered field planted with Norway spruce (Picea abies) at the Ray Brook plantation in Essex County. The Ray Brook plantation was the fourth of its kind established by the state in the Adirondacks. This image was created to record the reforestation efforts of the Forest, Fish and Game Commission.
