Nursery at Ruhla, Thuringer Wald

Representatives from the Conservation Department visited this nursery in Ruhla, Germany, to learn agricultural techniques. Row upon row of planting beds are visible here, along with two of the workers and one of the gardening sheds. The whole field is overshadowed by the immense trees of the Thuringer Forest. This image was created to record the agricultural research performed by the New York State Conservation Department.
