Affidavit of John C. Maloney, Jr., United States District Court, Western District of New York in the matter of Akil Al-Jundi, et al. v. Estate of Nelson A. Rockefeller, et al. The Affidavit, dated June 18, 1986, is made in response to Plaintiffs' Motion on the subject of bifurcation.
