Decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in the matter of Akil Al-Jundi, et al. v. Vincent Mancusi, Karl Pfeil, Russell G. Oswald and The Estate of Nelson A Rockefeller. The decision, dated February 27, 1991, reversed United States District Court Judge Elfvin's June 26, 1990 Order in part and eliminated the claim of unlawful retaking of the prison; and the case was remanded for a prompt trial. Also attached is a transmittal letter, dated February 28, 1991, from Richard E. Moot to Vincent Mancusi.
