Seven people, six men and a woman, in a gazebo right on the Saint Lawrence River on Cedar Island in the Saint Lawrence Reservation (now Cedar Island State Park) in Hammond, Saint Lawrence County in the Thousand Islands. This image was created to record the state forest-related activities of the New York State Conservation Commission.
