The Afternoon session begins with Robert McKay swearing in Walter Clifford Swift, former inmate and Attica medic. Swift is examined by Arthur Liman regarding conditions and his experiences at Attica prior to September 9, 1971. Swift discusses taking high school and college courses at Attica, working at the hospital, and keeplock confinement.
