Rochester Hearings – April 13, 1972 (Afternoon). Recording of Mitchell Krause summarizing Goeway’s testimony. The McKay Commissioners question Goeway on officer-administration relations, racial discrimination, prisoner rehabilitation, systemic issues, and medical services. Mitchell Krause summarizes the testimony and introduces Luis Angel Rose Martinez, an inmate at Attica. Robert McKay swears in Martinez and Arthur Liman examines him. Martinez discusses having polio, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) at Attica, and experiences as a Spanish speaking inmate.
