New York City Hearings – April 25, 1972 (Morning). Recording of WRVR radio host giving an overview of the hearings. Arthur Liman explores the assault plans of the New York State Police. Andrew Liddle, Commission staff member gives a presentation of the State Police assault plan to retake the prison. He also discusses State police training and firearms. Liman examines Major John Monahan who was in command of Troop A. Monahan discusses his experiences during the retaking, including its planning and the risks involved.
