Mancusi is asked follow-up questions by Commission members Marshall, Wadsworth, Carter, Wilbanks, and Henix. Mancusi discusses education, work release, rehabilitation, the handling of the uprising, and the retaking. Mancusi makes a final statement. WRVR radio reporter gives an overview of the proceedings and Arthur Albert, in studio WRVR radio host takes listener calls.
