Arthur Munisteri examines New York State Police Lieutenant Joseph Christian about his experiences with the retaking. WRVR journalists Dan Mack, Arthur Albert, and Mike Hanson interrupt hearing broadcast for live coverage of protests at Columbia University to remove Project JASON from campus. Lieutenant Christian’s testimony continues. Mack summarizes the afternoon session. Albert discusses the protests at Columbia University. Clips of Malovich's testimony are played. Mack and Hanson discuss April 26, 1972 hearing agenda. Robert Sackett gives a presentation on the statistics of wounded and dead from the retaking on September 13, 1971.
