WRVR journalist Dan Mack narrates the film for the radio audience. General Counsel Arthur Liman continues with the examination of Colonel John C. Miller, New York State Police, 1st Deputy Superintendent. Commission members ask follow-up questions. Liman examines Dr. Sullick, a veterinarian who served food and provided services to people outside of Attica Correctional Facility during the uprising and retaking.
