New York City Hearings – April 27, 1972 (Morning). Recording continues General Counsel Arthur Liman's examination of John Cudmore regarding medical needs on September 13, 1971. National Guard members Louis Futterman, Ronald Dill, and James O’Day make statements about medical needs during the uprising and retaking. Mr. Berger reads a report on his findings from interviews with inmates, National Guardsmen, correction officers, state police, and prison officials.
