Clips of testimony from National Guardsmen Major John Cudmore, Louis Futterman, Ronald Dill, and James O’Day are played. General Counsel Arthur Liman examines John R. Dunne, New York State Senator and Chairman of the Senate Crime and Corrections Committee. Dunne testifies about being one of the Observers in the Attica uprising negotiations. Commission members Guerrero, Carter, Broderick, Wilbanks, and Wadsworth ask follow-up questions.
