Man standing behind wire

A Conservation Department employee standing behind a wire that is connected probably to a tree and a fence on the left side of the picture. It is possible that a hunter illegally placed this wire here to catch a buck or moose. The land on either side of the wire is on a hill so it is very easy for an animal to run between the two hills and get caught by the wire.
