The pens, Sherburne Game Farm, where the mature birds are kept

View of small pens used by the Conservation Department to house mature birds at the Rogers Game Farm at Sherburne. The farm was founded by Harry and Gertrude Rogers in 1909 as a conservation site for New York birds and wildlife. Presently the farm, known as the Rogers Conservation Education Center, focuses on interpretation and education regarding New York wildlife and natural environment.
