Governor Hugh L. Carey tries traditional Chiu Chow tea and Chinese lunar New Year sweets with Fung Tung (Assistant Director of Housing) and Sir Murray MacLehose. The tea and sweets are being offered by Mr. Cheung Chi-Cheung (right), owner of Home Ownership Scheme Flat at Shun Chi Court, in Hong Kong (then a British colony).
